Sorry for such a late response. Hopefully it's not too late to correct Lithuanian locale data at least in OOo.
But first of all I have some questions. Lithuanian locale (724-751) looks incomplete. There's only one abbrevated name of day of the week (729). Where are the other six? The same goes with abbrevated names of months (739). How to submit the rest of them and is there any other locale data needed?
In what form should names of months and days of the week be provided? I guess the form should be the one used in full date format, for example, 2005 m. vasario 20 d. (2005-02-20). The lithuanian name of February is "vasaris", though.
