Nope.

a) You will have to edit the dictionary.lst file, so that only the
appropriate language(s) are shown.
b) You will have the check the "search all languages" flag.
c) You _must_ use language specific styles. [If a document has, say
French, and English, The English text must be in its own style, and
the French text must be in its own style. You can't mix languages in
styles, for the spell checkers to work correctly.]
