the information I have gathered about bits that need to be translated (templates, graphics, etc...) that are not in the PO files.
I have also placed there a compressed file with all the translatable items that I have found. The file has a number of en-US directories (in their place in the source tree) with the original files. You can create your own directories in place of these (km directories for Khmer, for example) to place the localised versions.
