Never heard of Moore before, but according to

it is spoken in Burkina Faso.

Yes, that and mapping to ISO 639/3166 codes is my part. Locale's ISO
codes would be mos_BF, and for lang.hxx I assign

Btw, ISO 639 calls it Mossi instead, which one is more appropriate?
