unfortunately Young is not able to spend much time in the OpenOffice.org
community any more.

I would like to announce Rafaella Braconi as a new co-lead of the l10n
project.
Rafaella has very great experience in localizations and has been working
with the Dutch OO.o community on localization issues.
She is an excellent candidate for the co-lead role.
