[l10n-dev] bug in OO.org-2.0-rc1 installer wizard for Windows

I download and install the windows version 
on WinXP SP2 of OO.org-2.0-rc1 and in the instalation wizard I can't see 
any macedonian text. Everything what is writen in macedonian looks like 
this "?????????". On the other hand, when the blind instalation was 
finished everything looks ok. I filled an issue on IssueZilla asigned to pjanik, issue no. 55257
