If you want the GSI files in English, or PO files generated from them,
they are published by Pavel in:
ftp://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/POT/2.0/
The tarballs includes the GSI file for each version and the PO files
extracted from it.
OpenOffice.org-OOO680_m1-POT.tar.gz
is for m1 (release candidate 1), but it should be the same as for the
final 2.0 release.
If you want to produce the GSI file yourself, I believe that the
instructions in the website are correct (but I have never done it).
