To be honest, I don't know why French (and Spanish and Czech) has it,
it creeped in when I added a bunch of missing IDs and completed
mappings.. seems I simply overlooked it. Having both "fr_FR" and "fr" in
this sort order mapped to the _identical_ value LANGUAGE_FRENCH doesn't
make sense, if you take a look at the implementation of the first loop
of the ConvertIsoNamesToLanguage() methods. It doesn't harm, but it also
doesn't help anything.
Thanks for pointing that out, I'll clean it up when I touch it the next
time.
