Hi,

Ok, I've found and downloaded gsicheck. I checked the two files with

./gsicheck -c -l "ku" GSI_ku*

Rail's file on the other hand gave thousands of these:

Error: File format, Line 10269: No source language entry defined! ""
Error: File format, Line 10270: No source language entry defined! ""
Error: File format, Line 10271: No source language entry defined! ""

gsicheck perform some checks where the source langauge is need. Your source language is en-US. Do you still have the en-US lines in that file ? If so please call the tool like this:

gsicheck -c -l en-US GSI_ku_blah.sdf

I do not know how the sdf files converted from your Rosetta system looks like. It is ALWAYS a good idea to have the corrresponding en-US strings included in your file. If not, gsicheck is unable to perform complete checks, but you can at least ensure format correctness by issueing

gsicheck -c -l "" GSI_ku_blah.sdf

Ivo
