this is generally announced either in the [EMAIL PROTECTED] or releases@ list.

Sun is providing language packs for testing purpose in
http://oootranslation.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/
Much more important is that when your GSI is merged into source, other
packagers like various Linux distributors etc. can provide OO.o
installation sets for your language.
