We hope to submit a full Help translation for the next release
cycle. Do we have to submit it in a certain way?
Or simply submit the UI files and the Help files separately?
All translation is to be submitted in GSI file. Submit one GSI file
including both UI and help.
That auxiliary directory is a special case and have to do something
with it anyway. Right now, it is used as some form of "tag" if the
help is translated into that language.
