Yes, you can. You can make an upgrade from the PO files of the version that you have to the 2.2 POT files, and all the translations that you had already made will be integrated in the new PO files for 2.2

In order to do this, you can use the pot2po tool of the translate toolkit http://translate.sourceforge.net. If you do not use Python, you can download the pure exe version.

the POT files you can find at:

http://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/POT/OpenOffice.org-OOF680_m9-POT.tar.gz

You can use the command

pot2po -i folder_with_POT_files -t folder_with_your_old_1.x_files -o folder_for_2.2_po_files

please note that the folders have to be equivalent trees for 2.2 and 1.x
