Yes, that's also what ISO 4217 amendment #139 updated, see
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=78587

So, it seems the new symbol now is preceded with 'GH'. Note that these
pages use the U+00A2 CENT SIGN instead of the U+20B5 CEDI SIGN. To me
that seems to be wrong, respectively the lack of a proper editor..
