Seems like index is sorted in order of encoding table, not in order of
alphabet.
I have not been able to reproduce your sorting issue with accentuated
characters in French. Do you want me to send you the test doc and the pdf ?
No, I remember similar issues in other languages some time ago, but
seems like these are fixed language-by-language.
