Hi Aijin, With this anyone who registers on Pootle would be able to contribute translations that go into OOo without a JCA - does this not create a problem?
If it does I would suggest that we only allow contributors with JCA to be given translate rights and others to be given suggest rights - which I think could be considered the same as your ability to submit a bug report for OOo. Another option... if we are committing translations to VC (I don't think we are now) could it only be the person who commits that needs JCA? In any case I think we'll need to make this clear on the contribution project description pages on Pootle.
