I think it's missing in our build, too. We have contributed several
thousand new translated strings, but the "Help" language pack for
Windows on Pavel's server is the same size as before.
(That may not be loc27, but it's the same problem.)
I haven't been able to get anyone to test it yet, though.
As I now the CWS localisation27 isn't integrated in any Master
build. We
get a CWS build from sun here
http://ooo.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/cws/upload/localization/localisation27/
There is also a langpack for Vietnamese (I hope I write it right ;-) )
for windows and linux
Yes, I know. As I said, I haven't been able to get anyone to test the
Windows builds yet, whether on Pavel's server or on ooo.services.
(I use Mac OSX.)
All I've been able to notice is that Pavel's "Help" added package for
Windows does not show the many strings we have added. I don't know if
this also applies to the ooo.services build or not. But it's a
possible added datum to the "missing Help" discussion.

You have a bunch of build errors in Pavels build directory from 04.01.08:
http://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/680/OOH680_m1/Build-1/build/GSI_vi.sdf.err
I think that was before I got gsicheck working. Those errors have been
fixed in our file. ;)
Still, that's only a dozen or so strings: we had added several thousand
strings to our file. I'm assuming that would increase the size of the
Help build, and it hasn't: that's why I'm commenting on this thread.
I dont think so, during build untranslated strings are replaced with
english ones in compiled help files (AFAIK), so the size should not
change significantly when you translate something (depends of course
from language)
