This is because the cells have no specific locale set. Number format locale
is "Default", number format is "General". Default locale defaults to my
locale in Menu:Tools>Options>LanguaeSettings>Languages>Locale. If this is
"Default" too, then OOo will use it's own locale corresponding to the
operating system's locale.

So, Please set burmese locale in your openoffice system. I think so burmese
locale might be done by Keith Stribely;

I've tried on windows already. It's worked well.
