Well on this side we have no problems with it, but I don't know anything
about
Asian languages. The items after name= refer to the title of the page.
I assume you have them in Vietnamese.
By the way if you want to have a look at these wizards then Open OOo and
choose New > Wizards , there you can then pick the one template that
these strings are referring to.
That way you can see where they are used
