Hi Charles,
Actually I am interested in submitting an add-in feature for OpenOffice Writer. It is a spell checker and grammar checker for Tagalog. I guess it falls under a localization project.. I'm sorry, Im not yet so familiar with the ativities in a localization of OOo. Thank you for the instruction on where to look for more info.

Look at lingucomponent project, that's where spell checkers & grammar checkers are being discussed.

Marcin is right. If you are only looking to develop a spellchecker then you should go to http://lingucomponent.openoffice.org

Best,
Charles.

Marcin

Hello,

I am Editha D. Dimalen, a researcher from the Philippines. I am directed by Louis Potts in this email for key list.
Welcome to the Openoffice.org project. What are you exacty looking for? Do you wish to start a localization of OpenOffice.org in Tangalog? If yes, then you have to file an issue and upload your ssh key there. More info here: http://l10n.openoffice.org . Also feel free to have a look there; http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/NLC .
Best Regards,

thanks,
