Hi Rimas, Thanks a lot for the info. I tried my best but I could not find any solution with Linux. I also contacted with other group who localize GNOME and KDE to Pashto language but they also have the same problem therefore they work with pedit using MS Windows.

If you use gnome, try to change the UI font to one that has your missing characters, and I think it should work. You can install new fonts into a .fonts folder in your home dir.
