Thanks to Yuko for finding that one.
I tell about that one here because all l10n testers might run into this
while testing (or laughing or crying about :-) CWS localization35.
That one was broken in DEV300_m40 already. So the CWS is NOT to blame.
See further details in issue description.
I will propose that one being a showstopper as it is of course a
regression and it affects all languages.
