I am currently uploading ( still in progress ) new builds to:
http://ooo.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/cws/upload/localization/loc35/
Note the naming scheme is:
openoffice:
The normal instsets
openoffice_archive:
The tar.gz archives you can just unpack and start the office without
installation
openoffice_dev:
This instsets allow a installation parallel to a already existing
openoffice version
Still known remaining issues are:
i99351 "Property Name" and "Remove Property" translation still missing
for HU, JP, PT, PT-BR, VI and ZH-TW
i98446 a new fix for some Serbian Latin (sh) Localization strings. The
new fix came in too late thus I wasn't able to integrate it in time
