Yes I noticed all three issues you listed but I work with Pootle which
has M54 loaded and I just finished the job yesterday...
Some remarks
1) not sure I flagged this in M54.
2) I just ignored them as long as the content was consistent. I may have
taken a risk there, I dunno... But it required attention anyway.
3) Tons of.... mostly unit measures changes only. A no-brainer task to
copy/paste, but nevertheless very time consuming

If that matters, it took me 5 man-days. Less than 10% was real new
things/features (IMHO).
