By the way, what about future minor releases? Are full sets
automatically created when full sets were built for major release? No
one will state percentage for minor release (hm, mostly we dont submit
anything at all when there are no critical fixes)
Just to be sure to use the same terms:
3.0.0 was major release
3.2.0 is minor release
3.2.1 would be micro release
When we release 3.2.0 with a defined set of languages (full sets and
langpacks), this set would be used for 3.2.1, too.

There was a bug entered into IZ by smolejv (Vito Smolej) - Slovenian
builds
and Serbian builds have wrong paths to downloads on the RC1 download
page.
