As Windows is not fully signed yet, I've started with Linux Intel and
Mac OS. The other platforms will follow.
Available will be the same build matrix like for RC3.

binaries to the mirror network. The files need to distribute first and
they are available *earliest* in approximately 48 hours. Please do not
