please don't mixup the stable and RC parts of the download websites.
The ast builds are still available as RC on "all_rc.html". But they were
not yet tested and approved. Therefore we cannot release them before
this is done. Once it is, the files will be available on "other.html".
In QATrack I can see that some files are listed and should be ready for
testing:

Maybe it's just a question of a bit more time. :-)
