Yes, the amount should be fixed, so what's going on... Could be
incorrectly merged files, missing ones, etc. Or the Pootle statistics is
plain wrong.
Regarding the identical strings; hopefully these can be reused more in
future releases, but that would mean rewriting parts of the source code,
which probably isn't high on the list for this issue.
