the translation was already in the code line? Do you know by which cws?
I recently wrote some tooling around extension that enable the
translation of help.tree and descriptions files. The point is that the
extension owner have to modify their extension thus the l10n process can
grab those strings. As far as I know none of the extensions were changed
yet.
