To tell the truth Japanese Language Project right now is short in translator/contributor resources, especially the translation team leader (we call him the translation project coordinator) is unresponsive. I read the wiki page "Translation_for_Credits_Page" and I try to do it. When I complete the translation, I will file an issue and tell you :) "The text" on "Help -about dialog," which I was talking about, will be translated for the next release, 3.4, since I was given the link [1] by Rafaella, and Reiko Saito help us to translate them.
