I'm sorry but with the last l10n bugfixes (IMHO end of Sep/begin of Oct)
we are done with the language setup for OOo 3.3. But we can add Welsh
for the next release. In Pootle I can see a ratio of 86%, so very good
chances when this will stay until the next branch off from the DEV300
codeline. :-)

Thanks Marcus for this informaton. Could you please add the Welsh
language translation of OpenOffice.org (cy) to the list of language
versions. It's now is now available on Pootle.
