[resending, as the original apparently got lost:] That smells like a confusion somewhere in the code about filepaths vs. URLs (in URLs, "#" denotes the "fragment part" that does not add to the address of the referenced resource itself, but rather denotes a sub-part of the addressed resource, like some section of a HTML document in a http://foo/bar#baz URL). Somebody will need to look into this to tell whether it is an OOo or a KDE problem.
