Amareshwari Sriramadasu commented on LENS-292:
----------------------------------------------

Here is my view :
If "lens.query.result.parent.dir" is overridden at session or query, by user -
Lens server cannot do much. The user has to take care of cleaning up the
directory himself. But the server's configured directory can be cleaned up
through a retention policy - which would be true for almost all queries.

Does that sound good to go?

> Right now, we have the query results always retained.
> We should have a retention policy defined which purges results older than a
> configured time.
