This might have been thought through earlier but just want to confirm it. Even 
if lens doesn't use these attributes, removing them may be a backward 
incompatible change in the sense that some earlier xmls may become invalid if 
they are using these attributes.

Also, below is the list of the attributes which are currently supported. Should 
I go ahead and remove everything except storage_handler_name?

external, table_location, input_format, output_format, field_delimiter, 
escape_char, collection_delimiter, map_key_delimiter, serde_class_name, 
storage_handler_name, num_buckets, compressed
