The changes in hive-site.xml are not required as of now, as long as we depend
on hive 2.1.0
(https://github.com/apache/hive/blob/rel/release-2.1.0/common/src/java/org/apache/hadoop/hive/conf/HiveConf.java#L669).
As we move to 2.1.1, we'll need to add this to each hive-site.xml in test cases
as this property has been made true in development branches (refer to
https://github.com/apache/hive/commit/5b4698ee8c75526a02c2d017af6ae9d77a6f7071).
I'm depending on development version of hive, hence tests failed in my box
without hive-site changes. Hence, have added those changes to the patch too.
