Lens Conf passed while submitting a query isn't currently persisted in the
finished_queries state store. Conf is available as long as query is in running
or queued state and once the query completes and the same is evicted from
memory, conf (fetched from DB) is no longer available. It would be useful to
record the configurations that a user had used while submitting a query.
