We need to solve project version getting hardcoded in many places. We have
LENS-238 for fixing docker file. I did not understand the proposal for keeping
version properties for hadoop, spark etc in a single env . The project would
have compile/test/provided scope for dependencies and deployment should not
require version number in lens-env.sh. Not sure what you meant there,
