Class path for compile phase (at least for lens-server) is written to
'target/classpath'. Can we make use of this file while setting server
classpath? Maybe add a step in dist to auto generate some part of the server
script.
I think adding each file manually is not a good idea since we will have to keep
track of all new dependencies being added to the project.
