[~gkesavan], Did you try deploy with DaltDeploymentRepository option from
jenkins job?
Looking at the failure
-Deployment failed: repository element was not specified in the POM inside
distributionManagement element or in -DaltDeploymentRepository=id::layout::url
parameter
seems the url is not passed correctly.
