The only concern i have is how will we make sure if a patch is breaking any of
those integration tests?
If patch is bigger and might break end to end tests, we should make sure those
tests are run also. We can provide jenkins option to run those tests for patch.
If committer feels patch might break integration tests, it should be run and
updated.
We shouldn't go catching ppl to fix those tests on failures.
