Right now, RestAPI documentation link is not working. It is giving the
following error:

HTTP ERROR 404
Problem accessing /rest.html. Reason:
NOT_FOUND

Problem : RestAPI documentation is pointing to *./rest.html* instead of
*./user/rest.html*
