Description:
When there are multiple chains for a Dimension from a Cube, we need to have one
of the chains to be qualified as default, and only one chain can be the default
chain. Whenever the dimension is queried from cube, cube rewriter will pick the
default chain from cube to reach the dimension.

Also consider the case when you select citydim, citystate and cityzip.
