Summary: CLI describe commands should print succint information

Describe commands in CLI print a huge list of columns followed by all tables
parameters (which are a lot).
Ideally output should be readable containing only important info like
# Number of measures and dimensions for cubes
# For facts and storages, number of partitions (if this is cheaply available),
partition formats, time formats etc
# List of related tables. For cubes show the related facts and storages,
Similarly for dimensions show related dim tables and their storages.
We can provide a describe extended command for complete information
