You can assume, all the license and notice for binary distribution are
available in bin_licenses/ folder on top level source. I'm putting it as part
of LENS-220.
bq. Missing DISCLAIMER file
DISCLAIMER is available in top level source
bq. Missing README & Release notes
You can assume README is available at top level directory as README_binary.txt.
For release notes, do we have to include a separate file in distribution,
adding a link in read me work?
bq. Missing docs (seems to be moved to svn)
Will link to website do? Otherwise, we can add them by running
tools/scripts/generate-site-public.sh and the binary distribution directory to
be the target directory.
