The new structure proposed is good, we need to take care of the following:
* data should be first level or enumerated with all types that can be returned.
* The document covers only a few api, we should plan to cover all the api in
this release itself, I meant 2.1 release. Otherwise it wont look good.
* Please break issue into smaller committable subtasks, sothat it eases review.
THIS IS GOING TO BREAK ALL CLIENTS. Calling it out as big Incompatible change.
