We can always have separate pools for estimate and execute. We can allow
lens.driver.jdbc.estimatepool.<poolparams> config to be the overriding
configuration for estimate pool. If no such config is provided for any param,
the value of lens.driver.jdbc.<poolparams> will be used for estimate pool as
well.
