However, there is no requirement for some specific number or ratio to be reached in this regard, just that the community be healthy. Overall, Lens has been a model of what an Incubation should be. +1 on prepping for graduation. Note, that while I'm a big fan of Lens, I've not been involved in the technical issues the community has been working on, so I wouldn't feel right being part of the new PMC (as often happens for Mentors of graduating podlings).
