Summary: Lens client does't come-up if the lens server is not

LensClientSingletonWrapper constructor fails if the lens.server.base.url is
unavailable. atm, since its in static path it fails with
ExceptionInInitializerError, thus unable to use
LensClientSingletonWrapper.setClient.
