updated release plan

me know what you think. i extended the 1.2x maintanance release dates 
through the end of 2005 (1.2.7)

i also added a release plan for 1.4:
1.4 alpha 1    1.6.2005
1.4 beta 1     1.7.2005
1.4 beta 2     1.8.2005
1.4            1.9.2005
