Figured it out :)
Something was wrong with my usecase class.

Yeah, the usecase is in cocoon.xconf after the build (I had to delete cocoon.xconf in the build to get it to show up).

I was able to trace the error to the resolve method in UsecaseResolverImp:

this.selector.select(usecaseName);
