I updated the docs in SVN. Actually there's not much left, because
the Lenya contracts (file locations) were mainly replaced by more
general concepts (Avalon configuration mechanism and URIs for
locating resources), which is more self-explanatory.
Resource types can now be delivered as publets. I'll add
documentation about publets soon to cover this issue as well.
